The Cross River Journal of Medicine is a peer-reviewed international journal published by the Nigerian Medical Association, Cross River State Branch, as part of its mission to facilitate acquiring and disseminating knowledge in the field of medicine. The journal publishes research on the Basic Medical Sciences, Clinical Medicine, Laboratory Medicine, Surgery, Surgical Specialties, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences. The journal is published biannually in June and December. To achieve faster and greater dissemination of knowledge and information, the journal publishes ‘Ahead of Print’ online immediately upon acceptance.
